WA Tourism Awards Win!
This was our first time entering the Adventure Tourism category, which is open to adventure tour operators across the state.
Winning the award has made us eligible to represent Western Australia at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards, going up against national competition! The Australian Tourism Awards are the tourism industry’s peak Awards.

The nights aim was to recognise and reward the extraordinary tourism experiences and services that Western Australia has to offer across 30 categories for outstanding customer service, innovation and ongoing business excellence to the state.
Now in their 42nd year, the are designed to reward and promote excellence within the tourism industry. Tourism operators who entered the Awards provide themselves with the opportunity to be publicly recognised for their industry contribution and achievements over the last 12 months. The submission process involved an online submission and a site visit based program that will form part of the National Tourism Awards program.

Glenn is a successful Skydive Instructor who’s successfully turned his lifelong passion into an award-winning adventure tourism business. His love for the thrill of the jump began over three decades ago in Matamata, New Zealand. 20,000+ jumps later and with the highest Australian Chief Instructor / Instructor A ratings under his belt, he and his wife, Amy, dedicate their lives to running the Western Australian-based Skydive Geronimo, the only company licensed to provide tandem jumps over one of the pearls of the Indian Ocean, Rottnest Island.
Glenn works tirelessly in all aspects of the business – from student and instructor training through to equipment safety, PR, Australian Parachute Federation (APF) and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) compliance and everything in between. He also delivers education sessions to local pilots about skydiving operations in Perth and the surrounding area.
