Skydive Booking Policy

All skydive bookings are subject to weather conditions. Passengers will have the opportunity to nominate another date.

Passengers of poor health are not advised to skydive, please consider if skydiving is right for you.

All passengers will be required to sign a disclaimer and the Australian Parachute Federation membership forms before being permitted to skydive.

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit of $100.00 per skydiver is paid. Deposit payments are due within 48 hours of booking.

For your safety, a passenger weight limit of 95kgs applies. In some cases, passengers who weigh more than 95kgs can skydive, please contact Skydive Geronimo for more information.

All skydiving is subject to weather conditions, however beach skydive landings are even more weather restricted. Your safe landing area will be determined on the day of the jump.

Skydive Cancellation Policy

All bookings via telephone, website, email or 3rd parties are considered firm. For this reason, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. In the case of no-show, or cancellation within 24 hours of jump time, $100.00 per person will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In the case that Skydive Geronimo cancels a skydive due to adverse weather conditions, then we will attempt to arrange an alternative date or time to jump. If this is not suitable, then there will be no charge. Any deposit paid will be refunded.

Video Policy

Skydive Geronimo will make every effort to ensure that your skydive experience is captured on film. There are rare cases when a Tandem Master or Cameraman must neglect to photograph or video the experience, so as to focus on the safety of the jump. Safety always precedes cinematography in order of importance.

In this case, or in the case of a video malfunction, the customer will have the option of either repeating the jump at a mutually convenient day and time, or receive a refund for the missing component of the package (video or photos or both). The skydive is not refundable.

Customer footage and photos are kept on file for 12 months from your jump.

Customer videos and photos are occasionally used in promotional material, and on Skydive Geronimo social media accounts. There is no option to opt-out of this, however, please let staff know if this is a concern to you, and we will make every effort to ensure that your video and photos are not used in our marketing.

Gift Vouchers

Valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Non-refundable.

Not redeemable for cash or credit.

Vouchers can be transferred into another name, please call prior to your booking to arrange the transfer.

Set Value Vouchers

Value of this voucher can be used toward any of Skydive Geronimo’s products and services. Skydive options start from $329.00, customers will be required to pay a difference where applicable.

Add On (Video and Photo) Packages

Cinematography packages are subject to the Skydive Geronimo Video Policy, available on our website. In the case of a video and photo malfunction, customers will have the option of repeating the jump at a mutually convenient time and date, or receiving a full refund on their video and photo package.

Payments

Skydive Geronimo accepts VISA, Mastercard, cash, EFTPOS or direct deposit. By giving us your credit card details at the time of booking, you agree for us to take a deposit of $100.00 per person from card, and agree to our Skydive Geronimo Cancellation Policy.

All online transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider.
