Skydive Booking Policy

All skydive bookings are subject to weather conditions. Passengers will have the opportunity to nominate another date.

Passengers of poor health are not advised to skydive, please consider if skydiving is right for you.

All passengers will be required to sign a disclaimer and the Australian Parachute Federation membership forms before being permitted to skydive.

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit of $100.00 per skydiver is paid. Deposit payments are due within 48 hours of booking.

For your safety, a passenger weight limit of 95kgs applies. In some cases, passengers who weigh more than 95kgs can skydive, please contact Skydive Geronimo for more information.

The minimum age for tandem skydiving is 16 years, and subject to parental or guardian consent.

Aircraft type and capacity per flight not guaranteed and subject to change.

All cinematography is subject to the Skydive Geronimo video policy.

Free of charge promotional inclusions are subject to change and may be withdrawn without notice.

Flights may be subject to minimum numbers. In the case that a flight does not meet minimum numbers, you will be contacted to reschedule your booking.

Skydive Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice of cancellation is required. In the case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of jump time, $100.00 per person will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In the case that Skydive Geronimo cancels a skydive due to adverse weather conditions, then we will attempt to arrange an alternative date or time to jump. If this is not suitable, then there will be no charge. Any deposit paid will be refunded.

If you refuse to exit the aircraft (skydive) after takeoff, 100% of the experience will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In the case of ferry ticket purchases, all ferry tickets are non-refundable after redemption/commencement of travel.

Valid for 36 months from date of issue.

Set Value Voucher Terms and Conditions

Value of this voucher can be used toward any of Skydive Geronimo’s products and services. Skydive options start from $399.00, customers will be required to pay a difference where applicable.

Video and Photo Policy

Geronimo strives to offer the best videos and photos on the market. We use the latest equipment and highly trained instructors. On very rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may fail to capture the video and/or photos.

Your safety is our first priority. In the rare situation that we are unable to produce any video or photos, we will:

1. Offer a free of charge jump at a mutually convenient time to reshoot the footage/photos.
2. If a mutually convenient jump time is not available, a refund for the missing component of the package will be offered. In the case that the entire product was not received a full refund of the video/photos product will be offered.

For clarity, a mutually convenient time is when there is available space on a flight that has reached minimum numbers and there is a qualified instructor available. This may or may not be on the same day as the scheduled jump. If this is not on the same day of your scheduled jump, it must be prior to your APF membership expiring. You will be expected to provide your own transportation to the jump location.

We sometimes use our customer’s photos in our marketing, please let us know if you’re not happy for this to happen.

Payments

Skydive Geronimo accepts VISA, Mastercard, cash, EFTPOS or direct deposit. By giving us your credit card details at the time of booking, you agree for us to take a deposit of $100.00 per person from card, and agree to our Skydive Geronimo Cancellation Policy.

All online transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider.
